Lets Take A
Look...
The third edition of
our Binghamton Senators will open their American
Hockey League regular season schedule on Friday at
Pepsi Arena in Albany. They will be lead by first-year
coach Dave Cameron who brings a winning tradition to
Hockey Town USA after an overly successful stint in
the OHL. The NHL Lockout has delayed former headcoach
John Paddock's promotion to Ottawa as an assistant,
so he will Co-Coach some of Binghamton's games in his
pursuit of 500 wins.
The Lockout, has also
returned many of our original B-Sen favorites back
from Ottawa, forming one of the most offensively
prolific and overall talented teams to take the Arena
ice in years.
Binghamton fans know
first hand, the most talented team doesn't always win
and that over the course of a season, there will be
ups and downs. However, one can't help but feel a
little excited, especially after the home and home
exhibition series with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. The
speed and physical style of play no matter how things
turn out is bound to keep us excited and put us in
the playoff hunt. We never stop hoping for that
Calder dream, every year we ask, will this be our
year?
Overall I've rated the
B-Sens an 8 out of 10, see how it breaks down; here's
a look at the 2004-05 Senators...
